HOW ARE ASH & EMBER SHIRTS MADE?

Every Ash & Ember shirt is made to order. Once you place your order, it is sent into production specifically for you before being shipped.

WHAT SHIRT DO YOU PRINT ON?

Our current tees are printed on the Gildan 5000 Heavy Cotton™ tee. It has a substantial feel, classic unisex fit, taped neck and shoulders, and durable double-needle construction.

HOW DO THE SHIRTS FIT?

Our tees have a classic unisex fit with a traditional, relaxed silhouette. Order your usual size for the intended fit. Size up if you prefer a more oversized look.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Because our apparel is made to order, production happens before shipping. Most orders are produced within a few business days, although production times can vary. Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and begin after production is complete.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SHIRT?

Because each item is produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll review the issue and make it right when approved.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders enter production quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR INCORRECT?

Contact us at todd@ashandemberproductions.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review it and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Available shipping destinations and options will appear during checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import charges depending on the destination.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly over the printed artwork.
