SHIPPING POLICY

MADE TO ORDER

Ash & Ember Apparel products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before it is shipped.

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

Most orders are produced within a few business days. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, destination, and other factors.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Your order must first be produced before it can be shipped.

SHIPPING COSTS

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may also experience additional delays due to customs processing.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at todd@ashandemberproductions.com.

Because orders enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has entered production or fulfillment.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at todd@ashandemberproductions.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We will review the situation and work to determine the appropriate resolution.
